The Role
As a Customer Service Associate at our Burntwood location, you'll be at the forefront of our operation, serving our valued customers. Your duties will include:
1. Guiding Customers: You'll help customers understand the issues with their devices and assist them in deciding on the best course of action. Whether it's repairing their device or considering alternative options, you'll be their trusted advisor.
2. Keeping Track: You'll be responsible for keeping track of incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring that it's well-organized and rotated efficiently.
3. Customer Engagement: In addition to serving customers in our store, you'll occasionally reach out to potential new customers to introduce them to our services.
4. Updates and Administration: Maintain detailed case notes to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.
5. Training: For the right candidate, we offer full intensive training to excel in this role.
