Book Your Repair Online.

Book and manage your repair service online or via your mobile app 24 hours a day. If you decide to book your repair service over the telephone you can reach us from 6am – Midnight 7 Days A Week!

Bring Your Device in For Service.

Bring your broken device into a store or approved partner. Upon arrival simply hand to the advisor and opt to sit and wait with a complimentary drink or pop back later and collect when you have received a notification your phone or tablet has been repaired.

3.

We Will Repair Your Device.

Now we have your device we can get to work and repair it. We normally repair most issue on devices in as little as 15 – 30 minutes. You can normally see the expected repair time on our website during booking. The team member booking you in will also advise you of this too, so the process is clear and transparent.

4.

Notification Of Your Repaired Device!

Once the repair services have been completed and has passed our Quality Control Checks we will then advise you via the chosen notification platform. You can now take away / collect your device.

5.

All done. You’re back in business.

Book A Mobile Service Repair Online.

Book and manage your repair service online or via your mobile app 24 hours a day. If you decide to book your repair service over the telephone you can reach us from 6am – Midnight 7 Days A Week!

We can normally have a mobile service vehicle out to you in under an hour.

2.

You’re Very Own Mobile Workshop Arrives to Your Location.

Upon receiving your booking, we will dispatch one of our mobile service vehicles to your desired location such as your home or workplace. With the operating hours being between 6am – midnight 7 days a week. There is always a time to suit

3.

Roadside Repairs.

We always try and repair your device at the roadside in under an hour. If in the rare occasion this is something that we cannot do, this appointment automatically changes to a collection and delivery service. We normally return devices on the same working day, this service does not carry an extra charge for delivery back to you.

4.

Your Device Repair Is Complete.

Upon completion of repairing your device, your technician will return your device to you and discuss with you the process of repair should you wish to know.

5.

Your Back In Business.

Now the repair has been completed. You have all the relevant details needed, our technician will say his goodbyes and drive away. You should see any updates in your customer portal on the same day as we complete the appointment. All that’s left to do is leave us a 5-star review, if our service is anything but excellent we would really like to know. Please get in touch with us to discuss the matter.

Book Your Mail Order Repair Online

Book and manage your mail order repair service online or via our mobile application 24 hours a day. If you decide to book your repair service over the telephone you can reach us between 6am – Midnight 7 days a week.

We normally receive, repair and dispatch your device on the same working day as we receive.

2.

Post Your Device to Our Repair HQ.

Package your device and send this into our Repair HQ. We will receive your device, check the device for any further faults then what's reported on your repair booking. If any none reported faults are found we will contact you before any repairs commence.

3.

The Repair Process.

Once the device has been passed for repair our technicians will get to work and normally complete within just a couple of hours. You will receive a notification automatically when the technician marks this is complete.

4.

Returning Your Device.

Upon successful Quality Inspections your device will then be passed to our outbound packaging team, they will professionally package your device to avoid any further damage and dispatch this back using the secured service that you selected on your booking.

5.

You’re Back in Business.

Receive your repaired device and get back to business. The only thing left to do is leave us a 5-star review. If you found our service anything short of excellent, we would also like to know. Please get in touch with us and discuss this with your account manager whom will work to find you the best resolution.
